3 Questions to Ask Yourself [About Your Team]...RIGHT NOW!

Q#1: If you observe your organization for a day, and scored them on a scale from 1 to 10, where would they rank (as a whole) on their Technical Skills (doing their jobs, technically, on a day-to-day basis)

Q#2: If you observe your organization for a day, and scored them on a scale from 1 to 10, where would they rank (as a whole) on their Leadership Skills (planning, analyzing, goal achievement, delegation, problem solving, time mgt.)

Q#3: If you observe your organization for a day, and scored them on a scale from 1 to 10, where would they rank (as a whole) on their Interpersonal Skills (communication, motivation, team building, negative behaviors and attitudes)

Here's a chart to help you remember it!

---> How many 9's did you have? How many 5's?

---> What are the benefits if those 4s and 5s could be 9s and 10s?

---> What are the consequences if they stay the same or get worse?
